We just got back from a little road trip we took to the Portland, Oregon area. We camped one night at Crater Lake along the way. It’s a really nice area.

I shot this while riding into Portland on The Max, during our recent trip to Oregon. It’s one of those images that at first glance I didn’t think it was very good. When I first looked at it I thought the exposure was a bit too far off and I really didn’t give it a second thought.

After playing around with it, I’m actually very happy with how it came out. I think the lighting is very appropriate. I’m glad I went back and took a second look at it.
