Highly Subjective

Location: Milwaukee, WI - Lake Michigan

Location: Michigan City, IN

This is the public beach on Lake Michigan, in Michigan City, Indiana. I wasn't too thrilled about swimming by the power plant, but all the other beaches in the area were private. The locals didn't seem to mind, so we gave it a shot.

With the exception of this Cheetos bag, the water appeared to be fairly clean. I still felt compelled to take a hot shower when we got to a hotel.

This afternoon it was a bit warm here in our loft, so I took Maggie Moo (our dog) out to Fort Funston for a little break, and to burn off some energy. From home, it looked like it was clear as a bell out there, but it wasn't. At times I couldn't even see the water.

This wasn't the type of weather I was hoping for when I left the house, but I still really like how this shot came out.

Yesterday we went out to Lake Del Valle, which is about 5 miles outside of Livermore. On the way home there was some nice light on these hills, just outside of town.
