Highly Subjective

As I mentioned back on the 11th, today I participated in another Nude Photography Workshop. I had an OK time, but I have to admit that my heart just wasn't in it. I've been so swamped with work that I haven't had much time to think about what I wanted to do. I almost cancelled my reservation, but I decided to go ahead and give it a try.

In addition to my 10D, I also wanted to try the new Holga that Anne Marie (my girlfriend) gave me for Christmas. I ended up not doing that because I haven't had the chance to really play with the camera yet. I wanted to shoot a couple of rolls prior to today's shoot so I would have an understanding of the kind of results I could expect. Since I didn't get a chance to shoot those rolls, I decided to leave the Holga at Home

I came home a little disappointed, but after reviewing my images I think I managed to get a few that I like. This first one is of model Iona Lynn. She was a real pleasure to work with. She's obviously done this plenty of times before, because she needed very little direction from me. Given my lack of experience with models, especially nude models, that was really helpful.

I'll be posting more images from the shoot as I go through them.
