I prefer the black and white personally, it embraces the texture and shadows of her shirt more.

I actually like the colour version for it's sensitive tonal variations more so than in the b&w version. The lady's face still reatins a visual sense of contours and normal skin texture/tone even with the near over-exposure of the frontof her face. In the b&w that aspect looks untoward and distractiing for my interpretation.
