Paul, Don't be afraid to crop!

I think this photo would have much more impact if you cropped it into a portrait of just the flapper girls. Otherwise, your subject gets lost with the blurry person front and center. Worst case, you might catch a bit of the blurry person's jacket or bandanna, but that would be better than all of them.

You have a great collection of B2B photos. I like the fact that you just didn't focus on the "runners" in the street...

Thanks for the comment, Latoga. I always appreciate hearing the opinions of others. Critiques are always welcome.

Although I generally do have an aversion to cropping, I think this one in particular works better with with the full scene. But, I think it also relies on scale. At this smaller size the blurry person does tend to dominate the scene, but if you look at the larger version (by clicking the image), I think it comes across more balanced.

Out of curiosity, I cropped the image to see what it would look like (here). I personally think it loses something without the rest of the scene to give them context. But, I also tend to like larger scenes where you have to seek out the activity.

Glad you liked the B2B photos.

I think the crop makes it look more like a journalistic shot, and in that it loses something.
